Biblemesh Project seeks Beta-Testers

I have been asked by one of the team working on Biblemesh to assist them in finding 2,000 - 3,000 beta-testers for the project. Here is a copy of invitation e-mail they are sending out:

I am happy to report that at long last the Biblemesh project is nearing completion of its first course--The Biblical Story--which we hope that we will launch publicly soon. Biblemesh uses a combination of professionally-produced videos, with which you are familiar with, a proprietary e-learning technology, scholarly content and social networking tools to teach an overview of the Bible as a single narrative. We hope it will be a helpful Bible introduction for the new Christian, ideal refresher course for the entire congregation, and even an evangelistic tool for those who've never read the Bible.

We are now soliciting assistance as we begin the website’s, developmental-testing, namely the Beta phase. For this closed Beta test, we would like to invite Christians of all sorts to go through the Biblical Story course and provide us with important feedback, so that we might refine the website prior to public launch. This Beta test period will last about a month and will require around 1-2 hours per week for each user in order to complete the survey which each participant will be asked to complete, at the end of this period, about their experience, thus helping us to make needed adjustments prior to our projected December launch.

We anticipate that BibleMesh.com will proceed on a subscription basis, with new courses being released periodically. In appreciation of the time provided by the Beta testers who complete the review and survey, we offer them a 2-year account with free access to the website. We will be very grateful for your critical assistance in this endeavor.

I will be interested to see how the site develops and if they succeed using a subscription model for funding the work. I am not sure how this will work if the site is to be used as an evangelistic tool, but wish them every success.
